Apartments are sold unfurnished. Located in the basement and on the ground floor are 41 parking places, with an additional 30 places on the territory of the registered immovable. Parking places are given for use of the buyer on the basis of a contract for use.

Possession

Possession of a sold apartment ownership is given to the buyer after the conclusion of a real rights contract.

Booking and concluding the contract

Booking is valid two weeks since the booking date if the seller and client have not agreed otherwise.

Contract ( proprietory contract) of tenement will be made within two weeks from the date of booking.

Purchase price

The purchase price for the apartment includes:
- The price of the apartment includes a parking place in the building’s basement.
- An apartment built in accordance with building design documentation, along with interior finishing. Interior Finishing Packages selected for the apartment are presented in the Price Table.
- Fee for connecting to utility networks (electricity, water and sewerage, and heat network).

Additional fees
The Buyer shall pay the notary fee and state fee associated with the conclusion of the contract of sale.
Parking spaces located on the basement level and ground floor of the registered immovable will be used on the basis of a contract for use. A fee of EUR 1600 must be paid for an additional parking place located in the courtyard.
The purchase price does not include the following service fees and joining costs, which shall be paid by the buyer to the corresponding service provider: voice telephone, data communication, cable television and security alarm system.
